Randy's time within the industry consists of 8 years with Prudential Douglas Elliman and 14 years as a broker/owner at Stander Realty.  Randy excels at articulating concepts and educating clients throughout the entire real estate process, allowing all clients to make logical decisions that ultimately put them in favorable positions. Randy's knowledge on the industry and loyalty to his clients, makes him a great asset on every deal. 

Randy and his wife Jill enjoy spending time traveling but whenever possible, they cherish the time they spend with their children and four grandchildren.

Michael Fiordalisi co-founded Summit Realty Group of New York because of the passion he has for real estate and the motivation he possesses to create a brand, known for consistently delivering at the highest level. Michael's strengths range from business management to contract negotiations as well as client interactions. Michael has a unique ability to understand specific goals from clients and translate them into fully executed plans of action. Michael's ability to gain trust within his client is a result of his dedication and commitment demonstrated on all deals. 


Although Michael is driven by the ability to be recognized as an industry leader, his motivation to succeed will always come from his family. Whenever time away from business is for the taking, he enjoys spending time on the East End of Long Island with his wife, Kathleen and three children, Michael, Christian and Natalie.

Sherry has always had a passion for real estate, which has lead her to pursue a career that she loves. Throughout her professional career, Sherry has always thrived when dealing with people on both professional and personal levels. Sherry believes that an open line of communication is crucial when developing relationships with clients and that's an attribute she has perfected.

Sherry, is a resident of Mount Sinai in Suffolk County where she has raised her four children. Now that her children have moved on to College, she's been able to turn her passion into a career.

Alan started his career in real estate as both a landlord and a successful real estate investor, and decided to become a real estate agent when he realized his passion for buying and selling properties could help his clients become successful as well. Known as a master negotiator, Alan’s 15+ years of sales experience enables him to exclusively focus on finding and harnessing the best deals for his clients to meet their buying and selling goals. He truly prides himself on going above and beyond for his clients and uses his fierce determination to get his clients what they want. Alan is a proud Long Island native and lives in Melville with his wife, daughter and two dogs.
