Long Island Real Estate Market - July 2017 Update


Closed median home price for Long Island, which includes Nassau, Suffolk & Queens: $450,000 representing an 8.4% increase over last year.

Nassau County: $525,000, 9.8% increase over 2016

Suffolk County: $365,000, 5.8% increase over 2016

Queens: $529,000, 10.7% increase over 2016

The total number of Long Island residential inventory in July 2017 was 17,252 representing an 10% decrease over last July.

Prices are up and inventory is down - it's a hot market sellers and a competitive market for buyers. Act early and quickly to take advantage!
