Nassau County: $515,000, 6.2% increase over 2016
Suffolk County: $375,000, 6.5% increase over 2016
Queens: $539,000, 15.9% increase over 2016
The total number of Long Island residential inventory in July 2017 was 16,464 representing an 10% decrease over last August.
